Dear valued guests,

During this time of unease, speculation and alarming headlines due to the global spread of the COVID-19 virus or coronavirus, I want to update you on the actions we are taking at ALL FRANK’S restaurants to effectively respond to the situation. As always, the safety, health and well-being of all of our guests and staff are our highest priority.

For your protection, all staff have a heightened sense of awareness of the importance of maintaining our existing hygienic standards. These include: frequent handwashing with soap and water, the wearing and frequent changing of disposable nitrile gloves in the kitchen when appropriate, maintaining proper temperatures and chemical sanitizer concentration levels in dish/glass washing machines and pot sinks. As always, properly diluted chlorine bleach sanitizer buckets are positioned and maintained in all back of the house areas in the kitchen & bar.

In addition, members of our staff are wiping menu covers, guest check books, door handles, counter tops and other frequently touched surfaces in both the front of the house customer areas, bathrooms and back of the house kitchen areas with anti-viral sanitizing solution constantly throughout the day. Customer tables and bar counter tops are sprayed and cleaned between visits with an anti-viral hydrogen peroxide cleaning solution and labeled spray bottles of this solution are readily available to our staff throughout the restaurant.

Since the first FRANK’S opened in 2013, we have always been committed to creating and maintaining not only a fun, welcoming environment for our guests to visit and for our staff to work, but a healthy and safe one as well. We appreciate your loyalty and trust during this time.
